Money-back Guarantee: CoreLab offers a money-back guarantee on test reports, but requests for refunds due to discrepancies in reports will only be considered within 3 days of report issuance.
Test Variations: For certain tests, such as Diabetes and Thyroid, variations may occur due to factors like fasting or the time of sample collection. These variations will not be grounds for a refund.
Lipid Profile Variations: Variations in lipid profile results will not be eligible for a refund.
